I am so sick and tired of seeing rude people every time I go into a store or a restaurant. People have no idea what good customer service is these days. That is exactly why I make sure that every employee or partner that I take on in my company is required to watch the Validation movie:

This movie was recommended to me when I was going through my customer service training and I use it all the time. You wouldn’t believe what a difference it makes just to acknowledge how wonderful someone is or to praise them for the amazing work that they do.
