Autoresponders Single Opt-in or Double Opt-In

Single opt or double opt, that is a question that you should answer yourself when setting up your autoresponder. The answer to this question depends on what you are trying to accomplish with your opt in.

Let me explain, If you want your subscribers to be of the highest caliber and also the most responsive to your emails than double opt-in is the way to go.

If you are holding a Teleseminar or Webinar and you want people to sign up to attend the event, you would get a better response from a single opt in.

You may be asking why a single opt-in? Your main goal is to get your subscriber onto your Webinar/Teleseminar. With a single opt they just enter their first name and email and they are sent straight to the access page for the call.

Later on you can get your single opt subscribers to double opt in to your other email list.

I will discuss some different methods for this in the next post.

Keep Moving Forward!
